How can I submit a support ticket to ABS?

You can submit tickets through our official support portal https://support.e2abs.com/ Each ticket is logged, tracked, and assigned to a consultant based on priority and category.

How long does it take to resolve support tickets?

It depends on the ticket’s severity:

  • Critical (System Down): within 1 hour
  • High: within 1 business day
  • Medium: within 2 business days
  • Low: within 5 business days
    You’ll receive regular updates until resolution.
What types of issues can I report via the ticketing system?

Any SAP B1 functional or technical issues: errors in transactions, report problems, form customization needs, integration issues, user access problems, or performance issues.

Can I request training for my team after implementation?

Yes. ABS provides both initial and ongoing training — online or on-site. We can tailor sessions per module (Finance, Sales, Inventory, etc.) for new joiners or refresher courses.

How do I request a new feature or customization?

What is the difference between SAP B1 on SQL vs. HANA?

Why can't I create a Delivery or Invoice from a Sales Order?
  • The Sales Order is already fully delivered or invoiced.
  • The document is closed or canceled.
  • Not enough stock for delivery.
  • Missing required fields (e.g., warehouse, tax code).
  • Credit limit exceeded (if enabled).
  • The order is still in draft status.
When should I use a Return vs. a Credit Note?
  • Use Return to reverse a Delivery (goods are coming back).
  • Use Credit Note to reverse an A/R Invoice (crediting the customer financially).
Can I issue a partial Credit Note?
  • Yes. You can adjust the quantity and price when copying from the invoice to issue a partial credit.
Why is the Credit Note showing the wrong price or quantity?
  • Check if you’re copying from the correct base document (Invoice).
  • Prices may be updated manually — ensure you’re copying “as is.”
  • Discounts or price lists might be affecting the total.

Why is my inventory not updated after posting a GRPO?

Check if the item is set as a non-inventory item or if it was linked to the wrong warehouse.

How do I reverse a GRPO?

Create a Goods Return document based on the GRPO.

How can I include open Sales and Purchase Orders in the Cash Flow?

Go to the Cash Flow report settings and enable Sales Orders and Purchase Orders under “Include Forecast Data.

What’s the difference between Journal Transactions and G/L Account Transactions reports?
  • Journal Transactions Report shows full journal entries by document.
  • G/L Account Transactions Report shows detailed activity by account.
How do I correct wrong stock balances?

Use Inventory → Inventory Transactions → Inventory Counting or Goods Issue/Receipt to adjust quantities after investigation.

What’s the difference between On-Hand, Committed, and Available quantities?
  • On-Hand: Actual quantity in stock.
  • Committed: Reserved for open sales/delivery.
  • Available: On-Hand minus Committed.
How do I know who needs to approve my document?

Go to the “Tools → Approval Status Report” to see the approver and current stage.

How do I set up or modify approval workflows?

Go to Administration → Approval Process → Approval Templates, where you can define users, stages, and conditions.
